My subscription isn’t working. What should I do?


1. On PianoTrax app on your mobile device, click the "Subscribe" button in the lower navigation bar

2. Click "Restore"

3. Log in with the same email and password as the website

4. Log into your iTunes or Google Play account if you are prompted to do so

Now you should be able to stream full songs on your mobile device and redeem your Mp3s on the website on your computer.
