I can’t log in on the PianoTrax app. What should I do?

The credentials for the PianoTrax website and the PianoTrax app are the same. If you can log into one, use the same email address and password to log into the other.

Try resetting the password and don’t use any special characters. Special characters are not always recognized on the mobile device keypad.
