Why can't I complete my checkout/Why isn't my payment going through?

Try step 1 and see it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, try step 2. Repeat this process until one of the solutions works.

1. On your computer browser, try logging out and in again
2. Go to "My Account/My Details" to make sure the credit card you have on file is not expired
3. Safari sometimes has issues. Try a different browser. Chrome or Firefox work best

ALERT: You cannot be logged in to the PianoTrax mobile app on two Apple devices at the same time or two Android devices at the same time. If you're having trouble purchasing or downloading within the app, log out of the PianoTrax app on all mobile devices, then log back in on the device you'd like to use.
